The best thing about this wrestling team isn't the medals they bring home. It's the family atmosphere and knowing you have teammates, coaches, and other families that truly care about you. Thanks to everyone that wrestled hard and then came to the farm for our Team Hammer hangout. You guys are awesome.
Just wanted to share some fun updates before the pre-holiday fun times. These kids are absolutely grinding their way through this season so far. We are so proud of their work ethic and motivation. They are always looking to improve and trying to wrestle the hard kids or beat their friends in reps in the weight room or during sprints. These are long-term championship attributes. Our Christmas Wrapping Party went great and the kids got to make care packages with their donations for a local women's shelter. As much as we love wrestling, it can't all be about wrestling. Being a leader in life is also about loving others and giving back to the community.

We used our projector and power drilling sequences to improve conditioning at practice. When it's automated like this it gets all coaches and wrestlers on the same page and frees up coaches to walk around and fix technique easier. We pride ourselves on being the best youth wrestling club in Missouri and Kansas and our use of technology really sets us apart.
