

Another Great Camp
Team Hammer and Park Hill South finished another great camp with Cody Garcia. From the high schoolers down to the youngest tykes, these athletes show time and time again that they love learning and love hard work. We are so blessed to have kids that are grinding for a dream. That State podium is a mountain to be climbed. It's not handed to anyone.


You Get What You Put In
I wanted to use this space to highlight the dedication that some of these athletes have. Recently there were tournaments in St. Louis, South Dakota, and Iowa. We had wrestlers in each of them. Not because we’re forcing them to, but because they love to compete and their families turn these weekends into mini-vacations. We’ve heard a few people say that “we’re lucky” to have so many State placers. But those people don’t see the amount of work that these wrestlers put in. They


Banquet Night
We recently had our season banquet for the year. What a blast. Thanks to everyone that came out. We started last offseason with seven wrestlers. Our numbers grew. We qualified eight for the State tournament. We had five State placers. Two finalists. One state champ. Several national tournament placers and champs. One heck of a season. Time to start grinding for our next season!!!!


Success Story
Shout out to Landen McDowell. He was recently asked to represent Missouri with the elite Missouri Gold dual team for the Grand River Rumble next month, one of the toughest national tournaments in the country. Landen's work ethic is incredible and he is the perfect example of hard work paying off.
