Super Hero Transformation

Greetings, Hammers! Posting our new Team Hammer Fitness Highlight Video here so people can see why we have so many freaking studs in the room every year. It's not magic. They didn't start out that way. It's hard work, nutrition, and mental toughness. We've started our Summertime Superhero Transformation. If you're ready to get those muscles booming, then come join us on the Park Hill South track at 5:00 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. Bring a lot of water. And bring a either a small meal (with protein) or a protein shake to consume afterwards to help recover before wrestling practice.
