We've hit that part of the year where we start to transition from our strength training into our heavy conditioning training as we prepare for the State series at the end of next month. We're on pace to do great things this year. Our strength is up. Our conditioning is improving. Our diets are fine-tuned. Our technique is top notch. Our mat time and experience is there with all the tournaments we've wrestled so far. We're excited to grind this season out to the end!
