Losing is Important

UWW recently posted this picture of a wrestler after a heartbreaking loss. I think it's a beautiful pic of when things don't go your way on the mat. You'll always learn more from a loss than a win.

This is a humbling sport. And that's why we coaches love it. No other sport has prepared me for the ups and downs of life the way wrestling has. You win some, you lose many. You grind on. Love the process more than the results.
